Not all that difficult to put together, but getting the "universal fingers" to line up over the holes to some extra work. Also there were no screws provided to attach the projector to the mount, I had to buy them separately at a hobby store.
After I got everything together and mounted, it worked just fine. Has all the proper adjustments.
