(More customer reviews)I install everyday type home Theater Systems. If you don't need ceiling speakers that can handle big wattage, these are great speakers. I perform a comparison test in my studio on any speakers that I'm installing. I find many speakers that are high priced that sound terrible. These are very good sounding speakers. And, you can't beat the price.

The Model S40C Ceiling Speaker Pair are 8-ohm, 40-watt, 2-way in-ceiling speakers. Each speaker has a 6-1/2 inch woofer with rubber surround, a 1-inch swivel tweeter, and a white metal grille. The speakers mount using a cam-lock system. The cam-lock tabs swing out behind the speaker and tighten down to secure the speaker to the mounting surface. No mounting ring is required for these speakers. The speaker frequency response is 60 Hz to 20 kHz. The swivel tweeter permits pointing the tweeter toward the listening area to pinpoint the high frequency sound. The metal grille can be painted if necessary.
