(More customer reviews)I have not check the fine print. I did not read other reviews from Amazon.com. I have seen the item at local store, however, I decided to buy it from Amazon.com. To my surprise it was a ceiling mount and does't contain the straight shaft for wall mount as described in the pdf file.
